Garage Sale Weekend 2025 will take place in Vandalia and Butler Township from Thursday, May 15, through Sunday, May 18!

Signage

The City of Vandalia permits one off-site sign advertising your sale. The sign cannot be larger than six square feet, which is basically two feet by three feet. The sign is not permitted in the public right-of-way, which means that tree lawns, utility poles, and landscaped boulevard islands are off-limits. Your best bet is to get permission from a property owner to place your sign on their lawn.
