We invite local businesses and organizations who support individuals with disabilities to partner with us in creating a welcoming, sensory-friendly space for our Community at our Mobile Sensory Tent! Businesses and organizations are allowed to have a table at our Mobile Sensory Tent and promote their businesses, initiatives, and/or provide an activity for participants.

   Please note: Submitting an application does not confirm your spot for events or recreation initiatives hosted by the City of Vandalia’s Parks and Recreation Department. A Representative from the Department will reach out to you to confirm your attendance at events or other recreation initiatives.

       2. I agree to provide a calm, inclusive, and sensory-considerate experience to all participants.

       3. I will arrive at the scheduled time and follow all event guidelines.
