2026 Vandalia Latin Heritage Cultural Night Vendor Application

  1. It is mutually agreed upon between the City of Vandalia Parks and Recreation Department (“Lessor”) and the "Lessee" that 1 (one) space, that is 10'x10', shall be rented at no cost, for the Vandalia Latin Heritage Cultural Night to be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 7:00 PM-9:00 PM, at the Vandalia Art Park.


    Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee you a spot for this Event, and payment will only be due if selected.

  2. Contact Person is the responsible party that will ensure all Contract Conditions are met.

  3. Contract Conditions

    The Lessor will accept this contract under the following conditions:

    1. The Lessee agrees to decorate their own booth, provide their own tables and chairs, remove all their property promptly at the close of the special event and further agrees not to sell or give away anything or any article not specifically requested or permitted by the Lessor. 
    1. The Lessee agrees that the location of said space shall be determined by the City of Vandalia.
    1. The Lessee agrees to hold Lessor full and harmless from any liability or damages to Lessee’s workers or property during the setup, operation, or removal of display. 
    1. The Lessee agrees to abide by all rules and policies set by the City of Vandalia. 
    1. The Lessee can begin set-up at 5:00 PM on the day of the event and agrees to be set up and ready to operate by 6:30 PM.
