2. It is mutually agreed upon between the City of Vandalia Parks and Recreation Department (“Lessor”) and the "Lessee" that 1 (one) space, that will be determined by the Lessor, shall be rented for the Vandalia Asian Cultural Night to be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, from 7:00 PM-9:00 PM, at the Vandalia Art Park. 

   
   

   Food Trucks: $25 

   For-Profit Vendors: $25 (10' x 10' spot will be provided)

   Non-Profit/Information Non-Selling Groups: Free (10' x 10' spot will be provided)

   
   

   Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee you a spot for this Event. The Vandalia Parks & Recreation Department will only select vendors, groups and food trucks that match the theme for the event.

33. Contract Conditions

    The Lessor will accept this contract under the following conditions:

    1. The Lessee agrees to provide their own tables and chairs, remove all their property promptly at the close of the special event and further agrees not to sell or give away anything or any article not specifically requested or permitted by the Lessor. 
    2. The Lessee agrees that the location of said space shall be determined by the City of Vandalia.
    3. The Lessee agrees to hold Lessor full and harmless from any liability or damages to Lessee’s workers or property during the setup, operation, or removal of display. 
    4. The Lessee agrees to abide by all rules and policies set by the City of Vandalia. 
    5. Lessee must remove all trash (food and non-food) or other debris from their vendor spot.
    6. The Lessee can begin set-up at 5:00 PM on the day of the event and agrees to be set up and ready to operate by 6:30 PM. Lessees showing up after 6:30pm will not be able to setup.
    7. Vendor fees are due by Tuesday, May 26. If fee is not paid by this date, Lessee will be removed from the event. Vendor fees are non-refundable.
