2. It is mutually agreed upon between the City of Vandalia Parks and Recreation Department (“Lessor”) and the "Lessee" that 1 (one) space shall be provided at no cost for the Vandalia Fall Festival on Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 11:00am-2:00pm, at Helke Park. Exact space size will be dependent on the amount of space needed to facilitate the activity. 

   
   

   Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee you a spot for this Event.

21. Contract Conditions

    The Lessor will accept this contract under the following conditions:

    1. The Lessee agrees to decorate their own booth, provide their own tables and chairs, remove all their property promptly at the close of the Event.

       2. The Lessee agrees that the location of said space shall be determined by the City of Vandalia.

       3. The Lessee agrees to hold Lessor full and harmless from any liability or damages to Lessee’s workers or property during the setup, operation or removal of display. 

       4. The Lessee agrees to abide by all rules and policies set by the City of Vandalia. 

       5. The Lessee can begin set-up at 9:00am on the day of the event and agrees to be set up and ready to operate by 10:30am.
