On Tuesday, April 4, the City of Vandalia released its annual State of the City video during the Vandalia-Butler Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting.
The video details some of the accomplishments achieved by City staff in 2022, and gives viewers an indication of what to expect in 2023.
