Senior Strength is a drop-in fitness program that focuses on the functional strength needs of seniors in the community. This successful program provides seniors the opportunity to workout at the VRC supervised by qualified staff. This program includes group strength sessions as well as fitness floor workouts.
You must be 55 years of age or older to participate. This program is FREE for all VRC members. Participation in this program does not give you access to water fitness classes. You must purchase a group fitness class to participate in those classes. T-shirts are awarded to those that reach 24 visits and every 100th visit after that.
