The cities of Vandalia and Tipp City have once again joined together to mutually benefit the citizens of their communities. The Tipp City and Vandalia City Councils voted to approve an agreement to create a joint venture water authority. The joint venture does business as the Northern Area Water Authority, or "NAWA" to more accurately reflect its service area. Since Vandalia strived for independent control over its water system, it made sense for the city to partner with its neighbor to the north. |
