Fitness Floor Policies
The fitness center is open during our operating hours. A fitness attendant is on duty during our facility hours can assist patrons with equipment demonstration. While on the fitness floor, proper attire is require which includes: soft-soled non-marking athletic shoes, shorts, and a top. Jeans, sports bras, flip flops, and street shoes are not permitted. Please note that power lifting is prohibited in our facility. This includes snatches, power cleans, hang cleans, jerks, and power lifting. Chalk is also prohibited. It is required that all patrons wipe down equipment after use. Cleaning materials are provided on the fitness floor. Please note that all patrons much work in on weight lifting sets and cardio equipment has a time limit of 30-minutes.
Youth Fitness Policy
Our fitness floor is open to those 14 and up. All youth ages 14-17 must have a parental signed waiver on file in order to be permitted to use the fitness floor. No exceptions. Youth the age of 14 can work out any time the fitness floor is open but must have a parent/guardian with them at all times. Youth the ages of 15 and up do not need a parent/guardian with on the fitness floor. On Saturday and Sunday only youth ages 11-13 are permitted to work out on the fitness floor but MUST have a parent or guardian with them at all times.
Indoor Track Policy
Our indoor track features a 3-lane, 1/16 mile track. The track is open during the facility's regular operating hours. An adult must accompany children under the age of 12 while on the track. Baby joggers, strollers, and rollerblades are not permitted. Our indoor track is included in membership and daily admission. You can also pay just to use the track for $3 per visit.
