 The Vandalia Recreation Center offers a number of birthday party packages to make your child's day special! Each party includes 1-hour in our Special Events Room or Ricky's Room, and 2-hours in the VRC feature of your choice. The VRC provides paper products and a hostess to help organize the festivities. The Lobby of the Vandalia Recreation Center is NOT to be used for a party!

BEFORE choosing your package, please read the Birthday Party Rules and Guidelines for each specific area.
Parties are scheduled in the order that the REQUEST FORMS are received. Forms can be turned in to the front desk or faxed to 937-890-7748. For additional questions please contact the Party Coordinator agood@vandaliaohio.org at 415-2335.
Once you turn in the Birthday Request form, the Birthday Party Coordinator will contact you within one to two business days. The full balance of the Birthday Party Fee will be due 10 business days before your scheduled party date. Payment not received by the due date will make your birthday party subject to cancelation. You may pay over the phone with a credit card or in person at the VRC by cash, check, or credit card
Additional Information:
Children 4 years of age and younger must be accompanied in the water within arms' length by a responsible adult (min. 16 years of age). This means every child 4 and under must have an adult in the water with them.
All participants MUST sign a waiver to climb. Climbers under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian consent.
The minimum age to climb is 6 years old.
Luther's Jungle is for children 4 years and older and under 56" tall. NO EXCEPTIONS
Shoes are not permitted on Luther's Jungle unit. Socks MUST be worn by all children while playing.
